KARACHI: Former Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Qaim Ali Shah filed a request for a pre-arrest bail in the Sindh High Court (SHC) on tuesday in a case pertaining to illegal allotment of land.
The former CM stated that he has no issues with National Accountability Bureau (NAB) about investigation but he requested that he should not be arrested in his application.
Moreover, he added that he will work in accordance with the accountability court.

The NAB is investigating the illegal allotment of land in area of Malir Development Authority (MDA).
Former CM Shah was summoned in connection with the case on November 2 but he failed to appear before the court. Moreover, his name was not included in the first two reports of the case but it appear in third report due to which he was summoned, reports sources.
