LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday took notice of Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan’s statements in which he claimed that PML-N has mended fences with the establishment.
PML-N lifetime supremo Nawaz Sharif, upon being quizzed over the issue outside the accountability court, said that Shehbaz Sharif has taken notice of the party leader’s statements. When asked whether Mashhood’s statements were party policy or not, Nawaz responded: “You know it better.”
The former PM, however, refrained from answering further questions related to politics saying that “I am in a different state of mind right now, and you are talking politics”.
Talking to a private news channel on Tuesday, Mashhood claimed that the reign of Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar will end within 2-months either via public or judicial decision and that PML-N has mended relations with the establishment.

“The PTI in Punjab holds a small majority. Everyone knows how this majority was secured. Those who helped them in securing the majority have told me that false promises were made and they are now having a change of heart,” Mashhood said.
